• Here's your arsenal:
  Bachelor's degree (because knowledge is power!).

• ITIL v3 or v4 (the foundation for process mastery).

• A sprinkle of IT4IT, CPDE, Agile/SCRUM (bonus points for these!).

• Service Management Certifications: CSA & Business Process Implementation (to truly speak the language).

• 3+ years of experience slaying inefficiency and designing killer processes ⚔️

• 2+ years of Service Management experience (to navigate the system with ease).
